NJAA: Haddon Point Brings Premium Amenities to Pennsauken

Haddon Point, managed by Delco Development, LLC, will feature a clubhouse with a community lounge, modern fitness center, and resort-style pool. The first phase of the community will consist of five walk-up buildings, a total of 120 units. the second phase of construction will include another 120 units with elevator access.

The mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans each include, in-unit full-size washers and dryers, thermofoil cabinets, quartz countertops, subway tile backsplashes, vinyl hardwood-style flooring and stainless steel appliances.

Haddon Point’s amenities include free, community-wide Wi-Fi. Tenants will have the ability to upgrade to premium wireless internet with access to a smartphone app that can control the smart-home appliances featured in all apartments.
