Delco Development Introduces First Director of Residential Development

WILLINGBORO, NJ – Delco Development, LLC is proud to announce the addition of Nina Beacher to the team as the company’s first Director of Residential Development.

As the Director of Residential Development, Beacher will lead Delco Development’s Residential Division. The Philadelphia native returns to the area from Boston, MA with extensive experience. She worked with the development, construction and design team at O’Neill Properties Group on a $50 million luxury apartment project, outside of the Boston Metro Area, called The Royal Belmont.

Beacher carries additional experience in residential leasing and property and management, as well. She was the Director of Sales for the Plaza Grande at Garden State Park in Cherry Hill, NJ. Previous to that, Beacher was the Director of Sales at Carnegie Abbey Private Estates in Portsmouth, RI and the Property Manager of Londonbury at Millennium in Conshohocken, PA.

From design and build to marketing and leasing, Beacher will be the lead associate for Delco Development’s newest venture; Haddon Point Apartments.

The Haddon Point community, located in Pennsauken, NJ, will feature a clubhouse with a community lounge, fitness center and resort-style pool. Phase One will consist of six walk-ups with a total of 240 units. The mix of one and two-bedroom floor plans will include an in-unit, full-size washer & dryer, thermofoil cabinets, quartz countertops, vinyl hardwood-style floors and stainless steel appliances.
