Karen thrives on giving back…but not your money of course! She loves working with a team who is not afraid to ask questions and encourages them to always be learning more in accounting and in life. She is always willing to share advice and is an amazing organizer who understands the hotel and real estate business alike. That’s why we are lucky to have her managing the moolah as the Controller for Delco Development.

Karen’s earned her degrees in Hospitality Management and Administrative Management from TCNJ and has worked as a Controller in the hospitality, transportation, and healthcare industries. Of course, she is thrilled to be back working with both of her first loves – hospitality and accounting.
