Any building, whether it is a skyscraper or a factory or even just a small project, someone needs to ensure it’s completed on time and on budget! That’s where Jim K comes in!

Through critical path planning, resource allocation, strategic time and staff management, Jim gets the job done with a “Wow, look what I did” attitude. That same passion excites him for every new development adventure as the Vice President of Construction for Delco Development.

He has got a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rutgers, a builder’s license, real estate license and is Radon testing certified. But if those credentials weren’t enough; he is also a certified home inspector in every state except Texas and North Carolina!
