Leigh Schiano

Regional Director of Sales

Motivated by working hard and feeling successful, Leigh embraces the fast-paced and exciting hotel environment as Delco Development’s Regional Director of Sales. Based out of the Aloft Hotel in Mount Laurel, Leigh loves coming to work each day and having fun! She also loves sales for the thrill of the chase and gets excited when a client chooses our hotel over the competition.

She has both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from Widener University.

In her off-time, she enjoys summer nights at the shore with her kids and boyfriend.
