SNJ Today: Exit Vacant Lot, Enter New Pennsauken Apartment Complex

A groundbreaking ceremony in Pennsauken opened the door for construction and development of the new Haddon Point Luxury Apartment Complex on the site where the former Pennsauken Mart once stood.

The lot, which has been vacant for nearly 14 years, will now serve as a home to many, and is expected to bring positive changes to the area.

“Our goal is to have a positive impact on the communities we do development in,” said Tom Juliano, president of Delco Development, L.L.C. “It’s to take something that was once looked at as a negative and [will] now be looked at as a great positive.”
