Delco Development to build second Haddon Point location in Mount Laurel, NJ

Delco Development, LLC. has purchased a 68-acre parcel of property between Route 38 and Fostertown Road in Mount Laurel, NJ, and will begin development on a mixed-use multi-family community called Haddon Point.

The project will consist of 274 high end market rate apartments with amenities such as; a clubhouse with a full gym, pickle ball courts, a pool, grill patio, entertainment area and walking path that surrounds the community. In addition to the market rate apartments, Delco is working with Ryan Homes to develop 206 Townhomes. There will also be 120 Senior Affordable units located on a separate parcel. 10 acres of commercial is zoned along route 38 but plans have not yet been finalized.

Delco has trademarked the name Haddon Point and desires to grow the brand through development, with a focus on customer service and amenities. Delco completed its first Haddon Point project in Pennsauken on the former Pennsauken Mart site. The community has 254 units and is 100% occupied.
