As the HR Manager for Delco Development, Scott commits each day to helping people by providing advice and suggesting improvements to ensure the company’s culture stays healthy. He loves human resources because of the people and recognizes that they are the reason for the company’s success.

He is a graduate of Temple University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcasting, Telecommunications, and Mass Media, but he will tell you that his biggest passion is hockey! 

In his spare downtime, this Dad of two embraces his nerdy side by researching something about outer space, making awful dad jokes, or channeling his inner “Tim The Toolman Taylor” by building or improving things around the house.
