Nina Beacher

Director of Residential Development

Nina loves learning about new market and real estate trends, but comes to work every day because she enjoys working with the team on different day-to-day projects. From floor plans to interior design, signage and marketing, she oversees the residential development portfolio for Delco Development.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg College of Pennsylvania and Real Estate Licenses for PA, NJ & MA.

A photography and yoga enthusiast, Nina likes to travel, experience new restaurants with friends and hike with Stella, her black lab.
