Delco Development Hosts Second Annual Employee Recognition Dinner
Mount Laurel, NJ (February 7, 2018) – Delco Development hosted its second annual employee recognition dinner at the Aloft Hotel in Mount Laurel last month.
Company-wide, all team members were invited to the Delco Awards Dinner, which took place on Monday, January 18, 2018. The event celebrated milestone work anniversaries and outstanding achievements for coworkers from various locations owned and operated by the management company.
The celebration included an award ceremony presented by Delco Development Vice President, Michelle Banfe.
“Tonight’s Delco Award Dinner is all about you,” said Banfe. “I’m so happy to have you here tonight so that we can thank each and every one of you for all your hard work.”
Approximately one-hundred team members were in attendance as team members were recognized for one, three, five, ten and fifteen year anniversaries. Honorees from each hotel were recipients of the Employee of the Year designation while other milestones received pins and engraved clocks with the mantra “time flies when you’re having fun”.
Specialty awards were given for superior performance to the following team members:
Rookie of the Year
Top Sales Producer
Manager of the Year
The Keystone Award
The President’s Award
Delco Development President and CEO, Tom Juliano, summed the night up with the presentation of the inaugural President’s Award. Juliano extended gratitude by commending team members for their dedication, passion and talent in exceeding expectations.
“My family and I give thanks for all your efforts in all you do,” said Juliano. “You are the reason Delco is a success. You are the reason that Delco can thrive.”
